Lorenzo Rudolf, the Founder and Director of Art Stage Singapore, was born in Bern, Switzerland. He studied law at the University of Bern before beginning a career in public relations. In 1991, Rudolf was appointed as the director of Art Basel and in 2002 he launched Art Basel Miami. In 2007 he established ShContemporary in Shanghai before finally holding the first Art Stage Singapore in 2011.
